My lovely people, hold on tight because the rhythm of the güira and tambora is taking over Santo Domingo in style! The party is on with the arrival of the first edition of Merengueros The Festival, an unmissable event that will have all lovers of the genre dancing for three consecutive nights this coming November 13, 14, and 15.
The party will kick off starting at 8:00 at night in the iconic Eugenio María de Hostos park. This great celebration, produced by Alberto Cruz Management and with completely free access, arrives to commemorate National Merengue Day bringing together legends and talents from different generations under the artistic coordination of Nelson Muñoz and Saiduby Baralt.
Get ready to sing along to the greatest hits of living legends like Wilfrido Vargas, Fernando Villalona, Miriam Cruz, Pochy Familia, Kinito Méndez, Omega, and many more artists who will make the Dominican public vibrate. A truly awesome lineup to celebrate our music in a big way!
The hosting will be handled by an all-star combo made up of Brenda Sánchez, Michael Miguel, Otavio Flores, Jessica Campos, and Delisa Francisco. As general producer Alberto Cruz pointed out, this event is here to stay and satisfy the requests of a people who longed to enjoy these great musical celebrations again.
